Second annual Porsche Swap Meet Trip

The forecast was not looking good for the second annual trip to the Porsche Swap Meet in Carslile, PA. Griffin and I decided there was no missing the event because of some rain.

This year, we did not go all the way to Owings Mills to meet the other Porsche Club folks for the drive up. Getting up earlier to go very far out of our way to the east only to head north seemed like nonsense.

The drive up turned out to be dry and quite enjoyable. Upon arrival it was obvious that the crowd was smaller. That turned out to be unfortunate for those that let weather get in the way. In the end, the day was cool and overcast which made for good photography and pleasant strolling.

Afterward, Griff and I hit Redd’s Smokehouse BBQ on the main drag of Carlisle. Solid choice with huge portions of everything.
